Refund and Returns Policy for Breied Glasni

At Breied Glasni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear or alteration.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized glass products.
  • Items that have been installed or altered.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@breiedglasni.com or call (502) 549-8388. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we may ask you to send photos of the damage or defect.

In cases of damaged or defective items, Breied Glasni will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@breiedglasni.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
